The Senate refutes claims of receiving 20 million in palliatives over the COVID-19 pandemic from the Niger Delta Development Commission.
Based on a recent publication in the news where the Director of Projects of the Interim Management Committee, Dr Cairo Ojogboh that 20 million Naira was distributed among the senators.
The senators have dared him to list the recipients of the said palliatives or retract the statement and issue a public apology. This comes on the heels of the recent NDDC scandal involving the loss of 81.5 billion Naira.
