The Swiss Supreme Federal Court has suspended the IAAF rules that prevent Caster Semenya running without hormone drugs to suppress her naturally occurring high levels of testosterone with other females in her category.

The suspension was ordered today and the IAAF has up until the 25th of June to respond to the court ruling.
This came as a result of Caster Semenya appealing a court ruling where she lost the case which despite being tagged as discriminatory was upheld.
