The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC says it has arrested about three hundred cybercrime suspects in the last eight months.
The Zonal office of the EFCC in Abuja says it has also secured twenty-one convictions from those arrested. The EFCC has recently engaged in a crack-down of cybercriminals bringing many to book since the report from the FBI on cyber attacks from close to 80 Nigerians.
The Zonal co-ordinator Aminu Ado revealed that the feat was made possible via a collaboration with the FBI.
