Of the 1,590,173 candidates that registered for the West African Examination Council and sat for the African Senior School Certificate Examinations, an estimated 180,205 will not be getting their results.
The information was passed across by Mr Olu Adenipekun, the Head of WAEC’s National Office in Nigeria citing examination malpractice.
According to him, the cases are currently under investigation and the decisions once made will be communicated to the candidates through their schools.
