Suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen has been spotted at the Code of Conduct Tribunal court, CCT, this morning.
Onnoghen is currently facing trial for false assets declaration.
He showed up at the CCT premises today after an order was given by the court to the Inspector General of Police and the Department for State Security to produce him at the court to face his trial.
Since his suspension, the position of Chief Justice of Nigeria has been filled by Justice Tanko Mohammed who is playing an acting role.
