Mally mall who was accused and being investigated for raping a Texas woman is now a free man as his case has been dropped by prosecutors, as the Los Angeles District Attorney has declined to file charges against the popular music producer due to insufficient evidence.
The D. A’s office has also stated, referring to legal documents that Mally had offered to fly the woman in from Texas in order to her produce fitness training videos which she agreed to, but in a twist, the woman claims Mally Mall plied her with alcohol and raped her on 2 occasions.
According to sources close to Mally, she didn’t seem to be in a hurry to leave as she partied with the music producer all weekend, and she is just trying to extort him.

It would be recalled that allegations of human sex trafficking and allegations of multiple sexual assaults including importation of exotic animals led to a raid on Malls’ Los Angeles home, which led to cops seizing several cats and cotton top Tamarin monkey from the music producers home.
Even though the charges have been dropped Mally Mall won’t be getting back his exotic pets.
