A decision has been made that American controversial rapper Kodac Black, is remanded in prison until his trial following charges of weapons possession case in Southern Florida as ruled by a judge in Florida on May 29, 2019.
Kodak Black was arrested during the Rolling Loud Festival that held earlier this month for falsifying information on two federal forms in order to buy firearms from a shop in Miami.
His bail was originally set at $550,000 as the rapper pleaded not guilty. Federal prosecutors have now appealed the decision and this led to him being remanded in custody.

The Judge was of the opinion that it is not guaranteed that Kodak would be able to stay out trouble if released and referred to him as a “danger to the community”.
