Timothy Kelly, the U.S. District Court Judge has ruled that the White House must immediately return CNN journalist Jim Acosta’s press credentials.

We recall that the press pass of Jim Acosta was taken away abruptly last week after a heated exchange between President Trump and the Jim Acosta.
Judge Kelly made this decision after hearing arguments this week from lawyers representing both sides.
CNN was seeking an immediate restraining order that would compel the White House to reinstate Jim Acosta’s credentials to the white house.
