The Governorship Candidate of the APC, Mr Emmanuel Jime has disclosed plan to head to the appellate court to contest the recent ruling in favour of Samuel Ortom as the Preferred candidate for the Benue Gubernatorial elections.
Emmanuel Jime and Sam Ode have disclosed plans to appeal the judgement citing other available layers to explore.
Meanwhile, Ortom has expressed his victory as an indication of Benue’s residents’ confidence in his administration affirming that indeed his election was credible.
