Bill to allot 40% of Annual Budget for Capital Projects passes Second Reading

The House of Representatives has passed for a second reading the twenty-twenty appropriation bill.

The bill which was submitted by President Muhammadu Buhari with an estimate of about ten point three trillion Naira on October the eight was referred to the Committee on the appropriation for further legislative action.
