A private video of President Muhammadu Buhari’s reaction when he was announced winner of the just concluded presidential election has emerged on social media.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared winner victorious having polled 15,191,847 votes.
His closest rival, former Vice President Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had 11,262,978 votes.
