Osun State Government says the missing person from the Ejigbo isolation centre has been found.
The government had earlier in a statement signed by the Commissioner for Information and Civic Orientation, Funke Egbemode, confirmed the case of the missing person.
However, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ismail Omipidan, said that the woman was apprehended and returned to the facility.
It was gathered that the state government mobilised police into the town to identify and apprehend the escapee before she could cause problems in the community.
Plus TV Africa had earlier reported that the person who was missing is among 127 persons quarantined in Osun State isolation centre. They are Nigerian returnees from Ivory Coast.
