An investigation is being carried out by the Chief police to determine if the officers’ motives were improper, the porn star should never have been arrested at the Columbus Strip club.
Misdemeanour charges were dropped against Daniels Thursday after she was arrested over the performance at Sirens during which some patrons touched her in a non-sexual way, her lawyer opened up to Associated Press.
Stephanie Clifford popularly known as Stormy Daniels was arrested for touching a patron at a “sexually oriented business in violation of the Community Defence Act.
The community defence Act prohibits dancers from touching customers and vice-versa.
