According to the report Kim died from a form of pneumonia identified as a lobar pneumonia.
There were partially opened bottles of water, Pedialyte and sports drinks on her nightstand and the last person to see her was her goddaughter who saw her at 8:30 AM in the morning but assumed she was fast asleep.
According to close sources, Kim had reportedly complained to a doctor that she wasn’t feeling too well and had a streak of blood in her phlegm a day before she was found lifeless in her home in Toluca Lake.
