American actor Alec Baldwin has been involved in a nasty legal battle with a businessman, Wojciech Cieszkowski since November 2018, who accused him of punching him in the face due to a heated dispute over a parking spot in New York.
Baldwin was arrested and charged from the alleged assault, in which he signed a plea deal to being guilty in other to receive a reduced charge.
Cieszkowski has returned yet again to sue Baldwin for the same assault and slander after Baldwin went on Ellen show and shared his thoughts on the matter.
Bottom line, the case is being asked to be tossed by Baldwin’s lawyer, especially with the tape being presented in court showing Baldwin’s innocence
