Hollywood star Felicity Huffman will plead guilty today in exchange for imprisonment at the “low end” of the sentencing range, a $20,000 fine and 12 months of supervised release, although Federal prosecutors are seeking anything from four to 10-month jail time.
She pleaded guilty in April for assisting her daughter to cheat during standardized SATs though a fake charity which was linked to Rick Singer who confessed to helping wealthy parents gain admission to top tier schools for their wards.
