Six new cases of the Coronavirus pandemic have been confirmed in Nigeria.
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), earlier, three of the additional cases are in Lagos State while one was discovered at the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). more recently, two extra cases were confirmed one in Lagos and the other in Ogun State
A statement by the NCDC revealed that three of these cases are returning travellers.
As of 11:00pm on March 23, there are 40 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
As of 1:00 PM 24th of March, there are 42 confirmed cases
Two out of the number confirmed have been discharged while one death has been recorded.
