According to officials at the Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, the injured people are 189 in number. The hospital is currently facing a high pour in severely injured individuals, most of whom came in with gunshot wounds. Eyewitnesses testified to seeing mobs walk the streets with guns, shooting and spraying bullets from rooftops.

The Muslim group, however, are suffering the most for it as the violence is centred on the Muslim-Majority neighbourhood in north-east Delhi. Mosques are being burnt down.

This will help them confirm their religion before violently attacking them. Muslim men are usually circumcised while Hindu men are not. Following this development, a photojournalist was asked by the mobs to pull down his trousers.
